We are actively looking for a Full-Time Receptionist/Office Manager to join our team at our Animal Veterinary Hospital.
The Receptionist/Office Manager role serves as a crucial link between our hospital and our valued clients. In this capacity, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including welcoming clients both in-person and over the phone, managing patient medical records, overseeing financial accounts, handling administrative tasks, and more.
This position utilizes many skills, including:
- Clerical skills such as typing, handling mail, inventory, and more
- Customer Service skills for interacting with clients and their pets
- Knowledge of Veterinary Policies & Procedures
- Communicating and working with the entire staff of the hospital
- Management of walk-in patient flow
Position type and expected hours of work:
- Full or Part-Time
- Shifts Monday – Friday
- Possible weekend, evening and holiday shifts required
- Overtime may be required
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous veterinary experience preferred
